Ancient Root provides a digital wellness consultation and PDF report personalized to the information you submit. No physical goods are shipped or returned. Because this is a customized service, we generally do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind. If you were charged twice, we fail to deliver the purchased service, or a refund is required by applicable law, please email your order number to ancientrootcare@outlook.com. Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
